“The Leadership Development Program that I attended had a shocking effect quite against my expectations. I was expecting it to be an average, boring course with a lot of repetitive\u00a0stuff which I already\u00a0knew. But as the program progressed, it seemed like emotional\u00a0intelligence is like the secret ingredient which was missing in my leadership recipe. Though we are in the follow-up phase of the program and revising the modules that we already attended in detail, but the learning has never stopped. The content was good but i must mention that the presentation and arrangement of content, activities related to topic and discussions and participation was excellent to make it a success story.\u00a0It is very difficult to single out the best learning experience from the program but for me the best learning is\u00a0To be\u00a0Positive and Non Judgemental.<\/strong>” <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
