Hello there! My name is Sadia Beg and I am the owner at ARSAconsult. I started ARSAconsult in 2016 in Islamabad, Pakistan, because of my passion for human development. I completed my M.Sc. in Psychology and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark where I lived for 18 years and moved to Islamabad in 2015. I am a certified Emotional Intelligence coach (RocheMartin Operations, UK, https://www.rochemartin.com/) and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (Center of Excellence, UK). In my consultancy, I provide services to both organizations, teams and individuals. There is more on the page “Services” about the detail of services, programs and interventions that I offer.
I have a working experience of more than 9 years. I worked in Denmark for five years in different positions in global companies like Colgate-Palmolive group and Lundbeck A/S. In Pakistan, I have worked as an external consultant with different organizations. For me, the quality of my work is much more important than the quantity. For example, I have been consulting a global IT-organization called Ciklum Pakistan for the longest time as the organization needed my support in various areas. In this organization, I have developed and implemented several Leadership Development and Coaching Programs for leaders, managers and team leads. Furthermore, I also provide coaching to Ciklum’s interns and this is a part of organization’s on-boarding process.
Recently, I started a Social-Emotional Learning program for Youngsters from age 13 to 20 years. I find this training highly necessary as this part of learning is missing from our education system and youngsters need the tools of SEL to excel in their academic, professional and personal engagements. Moreover, I am constantly engaged in community building through collaboration with InspireMill where we conduct workshops around specific topics and provide information about these topics through interactive sessions. So far, I have designed and facilitated two workshops in this collaboration about the topics; “The New Normal” and “Effective decision-making”.
