Other than designing developmental programs in form of series of workshops, I have also designed and facilitated workshops around specific topics. These workshops were conducted in collaboration with InspireMill under the banner of InspiredTalks. We have conducted workshops around the following topics, so far:
- The new normal
- Effective decision-making
- Effective communication
All the workshops were designed to provide the participants in depth information and knowledge of the given topic and hands-on experiential activities. My workshops are interactive with a lot of active participation from the audience where questions, reflections and comments are always welcome.
