“The Leadership Development Program that I attended had a shocking effect quite against my expectations. I was expecting it to be an average, boring course with a lot of repetitive stuff which I already knew. But as the program progressed, it seemed like emotional intelligence is like the secret ingredient which was missing in my leadership recipe. Though we are in the follow-up phase of the program and revising the modules that we already attended in detail, but the learning has never stopped. The content was good but i must mention that the presentation and arrangement of content, activities related to topic and discussions and participation was excellent to make it a success story. It is very difficult to single out the best learning experience from the program but for me the best learning is To be Positive and Non Judgemental.”
